Gear Up for Success: A Toolkit for Managing Behavior through Function Based Intervention
This dynamic, hands-on training is designed to empower educators with the knowledge and tools to effectively respond to challenging behaviors in the classroom. Participants will learn to identify the functions of behavior and how these insights drive the selection of meaningful, effective interventions. Through scenarios and collaborative activities, teachers will explore how to match strategies to specific behavioral functions, recognize when to apply different types of interventions, and develop the confidence to utilize behavior strategies. Each participant will leave with a practical behavior intervention toolkit, filled with immediately usable, classroom-ready strategies to support positive student outcomes.
