Educators Thrive Session 6: (Habits & Synthesis)-Strategies to Support Teacher Well Being:

Educators Thriving is a research-based personal development program to help educators achieve well-being. Through the program, you will have the opportunity to learn about and apply concrete strategies to avoid and manage the most common pitfalls of the educator experience: being overwhelmed, personal neglect, struggling with a fixed mindset, unexpected challenges, and isolation.

The course consists of 6x2hr sessions which are each followed by an application assignment to support participants in their reflection on and use of the skills presented in the lessons.

Session 1: The Five Pitfalls/Prioritizing, Sept 22

Session 2: Prioritizing/Time Management, Oct 20

Session 3: Setting Boundaries, Dec 1

Session 4: Having Difficult Conversations, Feb 23

Session 5: Listening and Being Heard, March 16

Session 6: Building Positive Habits/Synthesis, April 13
